Warranty and Usage Terms for ArtyStack's Products

  1. ArtyStack supplies are divided into two distinct categories: Installable Supplies and Stock Assets.
  2. Installable Supplies include brushes, color palettes and templates. Each purchase represents a single license for use on one computer at a time, limited to a single authorized user. For multiple computer use, please purchase the desired quantity for individual licenses. Installable supplies are for personal use only. However, you are allowed to use the artworks created with these supplies for commercial purposes, such as selling prints or incorporating them into commercial projects.
  3. Stock Assets encompasses graphics, patterns, images, documents, videos, and presentations. With Stock Assets, you also have the option to purchase one or more licenses, depending on your needs. The licensing allows for unlimited personal use and permits commercial use for a single project per license.
  4. Please note that the commercial use of the actual products themselves (e.g., selling or redistributing any file included within Installable Supplies or Stock Assets) is strictly prohibited. This includes full or partial use of artwork, designs, texts, or files.
  5. Commercial License Limitations: Our commercial license grants permission to use the artwork created with ArtyStack's Installable Supplies or any of the Stock Assets for commercial purposes, subject to a maximum of 500,000 reproductions. If the artwork will be reproduced in quantities exceeding this limit, an extended licensing fee may be applicable. Please contact us at hello@artystack.com to inquire about obtaining an extended license for larger reproduction quantities.
  6. We provide initial technical support or personalized assistance to resolve any issues or difficulties that may arise with the products.
  7. Refunds for the product are offered only if it has inherent flaws or problems with the execution of the downloaded files and the claim is made within the first 7 days after the purchase.
  8. Refunds are not provided when the issues are caused by incompatibility with the customer's hardware or software. It is the responsibility of the user to verify the system requirements and compatibility of the product before making a purchase. We strongly recommend reviewing the product description, specifications, and any provided documentation to ensure that the product is compatible with your hardware and software setup.
  9. Refunds will not apply when "accidental purchases" or "misapprehension" are claimed, as the customer has the opportunity to review and confirm the products included in the shopping cart prior to making the purchase.
  10. Only in very specific cases, where we can verify with sufficient evidence an incorrect selection of a product or version, a compensation or replacement may be considered, but not a refund. We reserve the right to evaluate these cases individually.
  11. We are not responsible for software or hardware failures allegedly caused by products purchased from our store.
  12. The discounts and promotions offered in the store are subject to availability and the correct following of the necessary steps to obtain them. The user must interact with the ads to understand the dynamics of the promotions of their interest. No refunds will be issued, and we will not be held responsible if the user fails to obtain an announced discount due to having omitted the relevant actions to access special prices (for example, forgetting to enter a promotional code in the corresponding field). If the discount is not clearly reflected at checkout, the user may capture the screen to show discounts not applied. ArtyStack will take this evidence into consideration in case it's a system error. However, upon completing the payment process, the user will be accepting the cost of the products they are purchasing.
  13. Warranty claims must be submitted by sending an email to hello@artystack.com. Please include the proof of purchase (email receipt) and indicate the platform from which the product was acquired (e.g., Payhip, Gumroad, Design Cuts, Etsy, ArtStation, or Cubebrush) in your message.
  14. The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or sharing of the product beyond the terms of use.
  15. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms, conditions and warranty policies at any time. Customers are encouraged to regularly review the our Terms and Conditions, which will be updated on our website as needed. It is the customer's responsibility to proactively seek and stay informed about any changes to the warranty policies by visiting our website.
